This melt-in-your-mouth brisket has been submerged in a pickling liquer featuring a carefully balanced blend of spices, bringing out subtle hints of mustard, cloves, and chilli. It is a savoury indulgence best served at buffets after being gently simmered until fork tender and is incredible when layered with mustard and pickles to create a deli classic – the salt beef bagel.Our beef is sourced from the best independent cattle farmers in England. Cows are slow-reared in extensive farming systems that care for the animal and the planet, where they spend at least two seasons at grass eating a mostly grass and forage diet.
