Harissa Pulled Pork (550g)

Our free-range pork shoulder has been cooked sous vide with homemade harissa. Blended with honey, cumin, paprika and a kick of red chilli, it’s full of wonderfully warming flavours. Sous vide is a method of slow-cooking which ensures an even cook and deliciously tender meat. Your pork shoulder will have been pre-cooked by our chefs for 12 hours, so all you need to do is remove the joint from its packaging, cook it in the oven at 190°C for 20-25 minutes, then gently pull apart the pork to serve. It’s perfect for a fuss-free meal that’s full of flavour. Why not try barbecuing your pork shoulder? Simply place it onto the barbecue and cook on both sides until crisp and golden.
