Our mini silverside roasting joint is the perfect speedy midweek roast − ready in just 50 minutes! Cut from the hind quarter, this joint is best suited to pot-roasting methods. We recommend cooking it with a small amount of stock or wine − you’ll be left with a delicious gravy base for all your roasties. Make sure to rest the meat for a minimum of 20 minutes before carving it, keeping it as juicy and tender as possible. Cooking Instructions 1. Remove your silverside joint from the fridge about 30 minutes before you plan to cook it. 2. Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5. 3. Timing for a mini silverside is down to taste preference, for medium allow about 35-40 minutes roasting time. If you like your meat a little less pink, cook for 10-15 minutes longer. 4.
