Making the perfect summertime dish, our Pulled Pork Shawarma is a popular Levantine recipe. With a unique spice blend including all spice, coriander and star anise, the richly aromatic flavour pairs perfectly with our tender free-range pork shoulder. Already prepared by our Somerset Chefs, all you need to do is heat through and serve with Lebanese style flatbreads and hummus. The majority of our free-range pork is reared by Simon Price in Sidbury, Devon. Allowing the pigs to grow slowly in a natural environment not only protects the welfare of our pigs, but it also means exceptional tasting pork.
