A showstopping semi-soft cheese made from Guernsey cow’s milk, with a rind gently washed in Somerset cider brandy. Part of the Alex James cheese range, this is straight out of the wonderful White Lake in Bagborough. This cheese boasts a perfect combination of richness and delicate creaminess that will get everybody talking. White Lake Cheese is an artisan cheese producer just a stone’s throw from the Glastonbury Festival site and produces over 10 varieties of award-winning cheeses. We are lucky to have fantastic local dairy farmers and cheesemakers in Somerset. Our cheese range is varied and caters for everyone, whether it’s blue, smoked, or award-winning cheddar. This is a pasteurised cheese. Made with cow’s milk and animal-based rennet.
