Milky’s Halloumi (250g)

A BBQ essential, this British made halloumi is produced from British cow’s and goat milk. With all the traditional and distinctive flavours of Cypriot Halloumi, this cheese has a salty taste and firm texture that makes it ideal for chargrilling. Try it skewered with courgettes and peppers, straight on the grill or dipped in flour and seasoning to make it extra crispy when pan-frying. This is a pasteurised cheese. Made with cow’s milk and animal-based rennet, this cheese is not suitable for vegetarians.
