Haystack Cheddar Cheese is a tasty everyday mature Cheddar produced from local top-quality pasteurised grass fed cow’s milk. Ivory in colour with a clean flavour and aroma. A good firm body with close texture the cheese is great for cutting, slicing and grating. Maturity 8-14 months. Versatile tasty Cheddar cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. This is a pasteurised cheese. Made with cow’s milk and vegetarian-based rennet.
