Half Chicken with Lemon, Garlic & Thyme (650g)
Our sous vide chicken with lemon, butter, garlic and thyme has been lovingly prepared by our Somerset chefs. Using only fresh ingredients, this zesty and flavourful cut is ready in 25 minutes (slow-cooked by us so that you don’t have to). Simply pop into the oven, serve alongside sautéed seasonal greens and buttery mashed potato, and let the juices melt into the mash for a mouth-watering mid-week meal. Cooking instructions: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. 2. Remove the chicken from its bag, placing all contents from the bag onto a preheated oven tray. Roast for 25 minutes. 3. After 20 minutes, add a drizzle of water to the tray and spoon the juices over the chicken, then return it to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
