These Chicken Escalopes have been marinated in a fragrant blend of ginger, lemon and chilli to create a dish that’s full of flavour and is super easy to cook. Pan fry these on both sides until golden brown and hot throughout, and serve with a bowl of roasted brocolli. All our chicken is properly free-range, slow-grown and sourced from family run farms in England.
