Very different to your usual cheddar, our Westcombe Farmhouse cheese is traditionally handmade using raw cow’s milk, with a smooth texture and true cheddar tang. Perfect for cheeseboards, sandwiches or cooking – this versatile cheese is both a weekly fridge staple and artisan cheeseboard addition. This cheese is unpasteurised and not suitable for those pregnant or with a compromised immune system. Made with cow’s milk and animal-based rennet, this cheese is not suitable for vegetarians.

Cropwell Bishop Stilton (200g)

Traditionally handmade with pasteurised milk, Cropwell Bishop Stilton is an excellent choice for those looking for a richly flavoured blue cheese. The finish on the pallet is strong (characteristic of a stilton) but perfectly balanced with the creamy and buttery texture of the cheese. Pair with sweet fruit chutneys and Miller’s Toast Crackers. This is a pasteurised cheese. Made with cow’s milk and Microbial Rennet. This cheese is suitable for vegetarians.

Fen Farm Raw Bungay Butter (200g)

With traditional origins and made from raw milk from Montbeliarde and Friesian cows, Fen Farm Raw Butter has a superior taste and depth of flavour. To make this butter, cream is ripened for two days before producing buttermilk, encouraging the rich and buttery flavour notes to develop. This butter is unpasteurised and not suitable for those pregnant or with a compromised immune system.

Dorset Dairy Strained Fat Free Natural Yoghurt (500g)

A Fat Free Strained Yoghurt produced in Dorset, there are just two ingredients in this luxury yoghurt: milk and live cultures. Using three litres of fresh milk in every litre of the yoghurt, the whey is drained off in a unique straining process that develops the creamy and indulgent texture. Delicious served over granola, fresh fruit or stirred into cooked dishes and dips for a lighter alternative to our Whole Milk Strained Yoghurt. This pasteurised yoghurt is suitable for vegetarians.

Somerset Sublime Garlic & Herb Butter (90g)

A staple piece to have in your kitchen, the Sublime Garlic and Herb Butter is enriched with subtle garlic and earthy herbs, making it perfect for adding a light, rounded, savoury element to your dishes. We recommend using in homemade garlic bread or even as a base for taking scrambled eggs to the next level. Churned by Brue Valley farm in the heart of Somerset, infused with the finest ingredients, Sublime pride themselves on creating luxury butter. White Lake’s Somerset Solstice (200g)

A showstopping semi-soft cheese made from Guernsey cow’s milk, with a rind gently washed in Somerset cider brandy. Part of the Alex James cheese range, this is straight out of the wonderful White Lake in Bagborough. This cheese boasts a perfect combination of richness and delicate creaminess that will get everybody talking. White Lake Cheese is an artisan cheese producer just a stone’s throw from the Glastonbury Festival site and produces over 10 varieties of award-winning cheeses. Barber’s Red Leicester (200g)

Barber’s Farmhouse Red Leicester is made with traditional starter cultures, West Country milk and just the tiniest amount of the plant dye annatto, which gives it its distinctive russet red colour. Ageing it for around four months results in a smooth and sweet cheese that’s great in a Cauliflower Cheese. This is a pasteurised cheese. Made with cow’s milk and animal-based rennet.

Young Cornish Blue (175g)

Cornish Blue is produced on farm from grass fed milk near Bodmin. This outstanding hand-made blue cheese won Champion at the World Cheese Awards and is a sweet creamy Gorgonzola style, aged between 6 to 18 weeks. Not too strong and overpowering it will be a firm favourite with your dinner party guests. Full-fat, soft, blue cow’s milk cheese. This is a pasteurised cheese. Made with cow’s milk and animal-based rennet.

Semi Mature Cornish Gouda (180g)

Our Cornish Gouda is semi-mature being slightly creamier and stronger than a mild Gouda. Great to find such a good quality Dutch style cheese being made in the West Country. Its nutty and mild flavour makes it perfect for either a continental breakfast of after dinner on the cheese board. A very versatile cheese aged for 3-4 months. Semi-mature, smooth-textured gouda from pasteurised cow’s milk. This is a pasteurised cheese. Made with cow’s milk and animal-based rennet, this cheese is not suitable for vegetarians.

Barber’s Haystack Cheddar (320g)
