Weston – Fennel & Sage Pork Seasoning (200g)

A blend of aromatic herbs with peppery garlic and a hint of beetroot, our exclusive pork rub has been developed in partnership with Tubby Tom’s. Just as good when used as a dry rub before grilling, or sprinkled after resting to finish the dish, this blend will enhance the richness of any pork dish. Home to our free-range pigs, the small hamlet of Weston is just a short drive from Sidmouth in Devon. Here you’ll find the famous red cliffs (the cliffs that our pigs live at the top of) which inspired the name of our earthy and floral Pork Rub.

Glastonbury – Garlic & Rosemary Lamb Seasoning (200g)

Packed with rosemary, thyme, coriander and a hint of Szechuan pepper, our exclusive lamb rub has been developed in partnership with Tubby Tom’s. We recommend combining this rub with a little oil and using to marinate our lamb chops for a delicious way to add even more flavour. Just a short trip from our first butchery site in Somerset, the medieval town of Glastonbury is also home to the famous Glastonbury Tor. From the top of the Tor you overlook the Somerset levels where you’re bound to see a flock of grazing sheep. You might even bump into a few on the walk up. Rugged and wild, with a once yearly influx of glitz and glamour in the form of Glastonbury Festival, this Rosemary Rub is inspired by a mix of traditional and eclectic flavours that pay homage to this.

Shepton – Sweet & Smoky All Purpose Seasoning (200g)

Great for adding to just about anything, our exclusive house rub has been developed in partnership with Tubby Tom’s. With a little spice and plenty of flavour thanks to smoked paprika, fennel and cayenne pepper, we recommend pairing this rub with chicken, potatoes or roasted vegetables. Shepton Mallet in Somerset is home to the very first field&flower butchery (if you can call it that). We built it ourselves and learnt how to butcher on the job. Many hundreds of meatballs were hand-rolled on that site. Needless to say it holds a special place in our hearts and we couldn’t think of a better place to inspire the name of our House Rub.

Charmouth – Salt & Pepper Seasoning (200g)

With the perfect ratio of sea salt and black pepper, our exclusive salt & pepper rub has been developed in partnership with Tubby Tom’s. Sprinkle over any cut you like before or after cooking. The South West isn’t short of beaches. Head down to Cornwall and you can enjoy the bustle of St Ives, white sands of Porthcurno and rugged coastline surrounding Lizard Point. In Devon and Dorset you’ve got Saunton Sands and Durdle Door on your doorstep, but we chose Charmouth to inspire our Salt & Pepper Rub, with its dark grey cliffs (similar to this rub) and 195 million years of history.

Sourced from apiaries located on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire the bees mainly forage on Ivy during early winter. This gives the honey a fresh, herbal and lightly menthol flavour with a sweet, ripe finish, light in colour, but heavyweight in flavour.
