Sweet Maple Aged Pickled Cucumbers (200g)
Pickled in cider vinegar and aged with maple wood for two months, these sweet pickles have a satisfying crunch and semi-dry finish, making them a great addition to burgers, pâté, fish and charcuterie boards. Vegan and gluten free, Gingerbeard’s pickling technique was inspired by the production of spirits and beer, which are aged in wooden barrels. The result is even greater flavour and a delicious accompaniment to BBQs, homecooked meals and sharing platters.
