Our minute steaks are a simple yet flavoursome option for a quick dinner. Cut from the rump, the marbling guarantees maximum flavour from these thin but mighty steaks. These are best cooked quickly, as the name suggests, and are foolproof cooked in a very hot frying pan, griddle or BBQ’d. Our favourite way to cook them is on the griddle, rested and sliced thinly across the grain, and served with chimichurri.
