We source our Turkish Cypriot marinade from The Kebab Club – the marriage of Elizabeth, a trained chef, and Yüksel, the son of a successful kebab shop owner. Our chicken is reared in truly free-range conditions by Stuart Perkins at Castlemead Farm.
