Our veal escalopes are boneless pieces of veal that have been flattened using a mallet. This traditional method breaks down the fibres in the meat ensuring that it is very delicate. We love to make homemade schnitzels by dusting them with flour before dunking them in egg and then pressing them in some breadcrumbs. Delicious!
