Our steak and kidney mix is a combination of our delicious beef steak and free-range pork kidney. We like to make a stew with this mix, browning off the meat first before adding beef stock and wine. It’s simply the best when topped with homemade cheese and herb dumplings. Sourced from a handful of farms in Somerset, our West Country beef is grass-fed, free-range and high-welfare, meeting our own exacting welfare standards. We age all of our hindquarter cuts for a minimum of 28 days, developing flavour and tenderness. The meat contains high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and is loaded with vitamins and minerals due to the grass-fed diet.
