Our Confit Prime Rib makes cooking a larger joint of beef easier than ever. Infused with bone marrow during a gentle confit process, we’ve added an incredible depth of flavour to our already impressive Prime Rib. Think umami and buttery flavours with tender, perfectly pink meat. To prepare, first bring your Prime Rib to room temperature, then sear in a smoking hot pan to create its delicious golden crust. In the cooler months we recommend serving our Prime Rib with hand cut chips, or creamy mash and greens. In the summer months, this Prime Rib makes an excellent choice for impressing friends on the BBQ (the more heat and smoke, the better). Cooking Instructions: 1. Remove all packaging and bring your Prime Rib to room temperature. 2. When at temperature, season generously with salt and rapeseed oil. 3.
