We hand-butcher to order and deliver all our meat fresh so it can be frozen. Preheat the oven to Gas mark 4, 180c, 150c fan. Remove plastic outer film and the sauce sachet. Take the product out of the vacuum bag and place in foil tray provided. Put the tray into the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
